My husband and I have just returned from our second Saga holiday in Thailand and have had a wonderful time. What made it all the more memorable was the kindness of our Saga representative, Kai, at the Holiday Inn Cha-am. When my digital camera stopped working on New Year's Eve, just as we were to have a party to end all parties, Kai took photos for me so I could relive the wonderful moments. I later gave her my email address and asked her to forward them to me but when we were leaving on the Saturday (which happened to be Kai's day off), she came in the with photos which she had developed at her own expense and then refused payemnt for it. It's acts of kindness like this that make a Saga holiday so special and why we will definitely travel with Saga again.
